Full Steam Ahead

Things are going well in Tallahassee these days.

I am teamed up with my brother again, but this time we are being adult-like and starting up this tech business.

Check it out RicardTech.com.

We are building a service-based company that will take care of the computer needs of students, businesses, and more. The challenge, right now, is getting organized and making sure every I is dotted and T crossed. There are the guts of a business that have to be in place, the organs have to be in order so that the organism can grow and function. It is pretty interesting trying to get these components in place while at the same time enjoying the small victories along the way. For example, we just got our flyers made – 10,000 of them. The idea is to hand them out to students in order to drum up some awareness of the TechShop, our storefront that is the base of our tech operations.

Everything is going pretty well, and we continue to educate ourselves on the business side of things while working hard at growing the business.

The lesson we are all learning is to dream big and take action. There should be no fear when living life and trying to realize your dreams. In fact, the fear kills your dreams and paralyzes you from realizing them. We all must find our inner voice and our means for expression. We must embrace and protect our abilities to do so but more importantly, we all just need to take action.

We are working on our dreams daily now. Someday, we may be able to help you realize yours.
