This is going to be my third attempt at journeying but it will prove more difficult. The TV is on in the next room and our cat will probably be meowing throughout for me to open the door to the office. At any rate, it is 11pm and I am a bit tired but I am going to try and journey to the Lower World and meet my teacher/power animal. I will be using the Sandra Ingermann drumming CDs as a medium. Let’s begin.

Well, I got nowhere. Perhaps I am just too tired as I kind of fell asleep at moments but for the most part I am having a very difficult time forming a journey and going on it. Staying focused is difficult as most of my conversation and energy is spent trying to “experience” the journey instead of letting it come to me?
