At approximately 4:30pm on Thursday, February 19th I learned that my destiny was coming into greater focus.
After tutoring some students in Latin, as they were having trouble with the four verb conjugations and using indicative and imperative moods, I was called into the principal’s office. It’s never a good thing to be called when he says ‘Shut the door.’ This was no different.
The school is deciding to go forward with a plan to scrap Latin from its curriculum and will be suspending the program next year. After that, they may …

You would be surprised at the list of products this artificial sweetner is in. You would also be surprised to learn how it was approved for use in our food supply.
You will probably be surprised most of all to learn about the extensive damage this product does to your body.
George Noory built a show around the topic on Coast to Coast Am. Millions of listeners were exposed to the dangers of this artificial sweetener. Yet, there is a large movement of individuals who have been aware of the dangers.
There are …

Prepare to never watch cable TV again. For that matter, prepare to never go to the video store, buy a DVD or even leave your couch ever again! If you have an Xbox 360, there is NO reason why you shouldn’t splurge and get the new Netflix feature that runs on your dashboard (you have to get the new Xbox dashboard, NXE).
What is amazing about this is that if you have an Xbox 360, you can access your Netflix account and watch movies streaming instantly to your tv through the …

Just upgraded to Wordpress’s new 2.7 software. Looks great as they have totally overhauled the backend and the way you can use the admin cp.
Haven’t tested out all the bugs yet and get a feel for it, but there are a few problems that you should be wary of off the bat. Not all plug-ins work – so before you upgrade, make sure you deactivate all plugins.
For example, the Drop-Down Admin plugin and the Tiny MCE Advanced plugins were not compatible with my 2.7 upgrade. I wasn’t able to access …

On the April 13th 2008 show, Ian Punnett interviewed a guest on Coast to Coast that claimed to be able to see UFOs in the night sky using 3rd generation night vision goggles. The researcher’s name is Ed Grimsley, and his claims have lead to the production of a DVD which shows some of these ships in action – only miles above the Earth’s surface.
This warrants an investigation. I would like to find a pair of night vision goggles that would be powerful enough to look up into the night …

Well, not really. But a couple of songs I wanted to highlight here for various reasons.
This first one is the song featured on that Lebron James Nike commercial. Yeah, I know it is shallow, but I dig that song…

This next one, since I was in a basketball mood, was featured during the NBA 2006 playoffs – when my Heat won it all. I figured I would dust it off as I liked the beat – it just got a little whack at the end as they seemed to run away …

Archaeologists recently discovered five mummies in some underground burial chambers. If this was in Egypt, it would be news, but expected. Yet, this discovery was made two years ago in Peru. And two of the mummies were found to have skin and hair still intact.
What is even more startling is that the mummies exhibit the physical traits of the so-called Cloud People, a tribe of white skinned, blond haired people living in a remote jungle on a mountain top in Peru.
What kind of changes to our historical records would need …

It’s that time of year again – time to feel the crunch of getting gifts for everyone on your list. This is easily the most stressful time of year for us as we look to keep everyone on our social networks happy. Really the best thing you can do for a loved one is not just buy them something but rather, make them something. Like they say, you can give your money, but giving your time is something else.
That said, here are some pretty cool gifts you may want to …

Something alarming jumps out when you look at the Black Plague period of Europe, also known as the Black Death. No, it isn’t the fact that the population of Europe dwindled about in half during this time span (estimates range between 30% to 60%). Nor is it the fact that the plague is believed to have been originated in Central Asia and India. It is the fact that the first period in Europe killed so many in only 4 years.
Between 1347-1350 about 50% of Europe’s population was wiped out.
That is …

This is something of great interest to us all, and yet it is something most familiar.
We can talk about our search for energy alternatives, but we don’t start talking about the fact that all matter is nothing more than the alternative of energy. We know that in order to get energy we must split matter, and that matter and energy’s relationship can be summed up in e=mc2.
There seems to be little to deny this fact. Yet, why does the concept of chi, chi gong, hado or even the chakra energy …
